Like the song says... "Don't Worry, Be Happy!"
"Right...." she says as she rolls her eyes

That's easier said than done - I should know.

I was my own worst enemy growing up. All I could focus on were the negative outcomes of any situation that shook my self confidence.

Guess what?
The more I worried, the worse my situation became.
It took me decades to realize that what you think about, you bring about!

In reflection, I realized that it was during those darkest times that I grew the most!
I discovered who I was and what I was made of.
Those times in my life were exactly where I needed to be, as it polished my character and made me who I am today.

Meridian tapping, has allowed me to focus on any challenging situation and see it for what it is - an opportunity for learning and growing

Tapping has allowed me to remove the emotional zing from any given situation and has taken problem solving to a whole new level!

I wish I had learned how to do this as a child, it would have save me a lot of stomach aches!

My gift today is a tapping script to use as you face situations that shake your faith and self confidence.

If you are unfamiliar with tapping, please see the "introduction to tapping" link at the top of this page. It will provide you with everything you need to know!

Tapping tip:
Tapping under the eye helps reduce worry and anxiety. It stabilizes the emotions and restores confidence!

Have you become a victim of your pain?

How often do you use pain as an excuse to avoid living life?

Do you find yourself using your pain to avoid situations where you might get hurt?

Do you find yourself using your pain as an excuse to avoid doing something you’d rather
not do?

Do you waste precious energy complaining about how bad you feel to anyone who will listen?

If you do, you are not alone. Many people do these things subconsciously, when their pain has become such a huge part of their life! In a way, their pain becomes their identity, an identity they’d be lost without!

I worked with a client recently who was in constant back pain from a car accident. Her pain was very real and over time it had become such a part of who she was that it was keeping her from living a quality life.

She didn’t enjoy her pain, she didn’t want her pain, and yet, subconsciously it was the one thing in life she could count on being there. And it became so much a part of her identity that she didn’t know who she would be without it! Her pain was also keeping her connected to certain people in her life who served her. On the other hand, it was also keeping her disconnected from people or events in her life that felt unpleasant.

When I suggested to her that her pain probably had some emotional components that were keeping her tied to it and that she had indeed become a victim of her pain, it was an Ah-ha moment for her. She totally agreed she had emotional issues tied to the accident, but never seriously considered them as a reason for the ongoing pain. As many people do, she felt her pain was physical, not emotional. Once we started isolating and attacking the emotional issues tied to the accident, she started making real progress.

With each session we peeled away more layers, even those preceding the accident. With each layer came more clarity and insight into her authentic self. Each layer brought a greater sense of peace. She started gaining self confidence and her life slowly began to change. Her relationships also changed as she purged the toxic people from her life, which in turn, helped her pain subside. She took charge of her life instead of remaining a victim!

How would it feel if you could stop being a victim of your own pain?

What if you could discover the emotional contributor to YOUR pain?

What would your life look like if you were pain free?

What if....you could change your life by looking inside yourself for the answers?

Imagine the possibilities!

You deserve good health, peace and calmness!

Heal your "heavy heart" with meridian tapping

Today's posting on my Facebook page prompted me to write my first blog post!

There were so many responses to the "heavy heart" picture, I felt drawn to helping anyone who is open to suggestions

As many of you know, I have worked with friends, family and clients using meridian tapping to overcome many emotional and physical challenges.

Having a heavy heart is no different and can be eased with the same process that I have successfully used for the last 3 years.

If you are not familiar with tapping in general or the tapping points, I want you to first download the stress report by filling out the form on the right side of this page. That report will have a diagram of all the points.

Second, I want you to watch the video by Jessica Ortner on the "introduction to tapping" tab at the top of this page. The only difference is that I add the wrist point after the top of the head point. The wrist point is located on the inside of both wrists. Just tap them lightly together just like a lady would when she puts perfume on the wrists and rubs or taps them together. In the script, that point is the one that I labeled as "WR"

Third, I want you to take a piece of paper and pencil and write down the intensity of your "heavy heart" rating it between a 1 and 10 with 10 being the highest intensity or the worst you could feel right now.

Also write down where you are feeling that in your body. For example, your heart is beating fast, your palms are sweaty, you feel like crying, you have a sick feeling in your stomach, etc.

After you have written all that down, I want you to focus on your current situation that is causing you a heavy heart. Really concentrate on it and then use the following tapping script as you tap on all the points while repeating what I have written here

Do it exactly as I have written and after the third round I want you to reassess your intensity level and write that number down. Did it change? Do you physically feel any different?

Note any changes

Then I would like you to repeat the entire tapping script again and replace it with the words that fit your specific situation.

For example, you might be grieving over a lost love or the death of a pet or financial loss or a physical illness....use your own words and make it specific to you.

After you have done that, reassess your intensity again and write that number down....did it change?

Do this EVERY day, several times if you have to, to start turning your life around

You deserve to be happy!

Love and light always.....Cindy

Heres your "Heavy Heart" tapping script:
